Dewald contacted and made these false statements to Eric Gomez, President of Canopy Boulder of San Diego, a subtenant of the Plaintiffs. As a result of the false statements of Dewald Gomez terminated his $8,000 a month lease with the Plaintiffs.
I guess it could have just been the lease that was killed but who knows. Could just be in there as proof of Dewald's attempt to contact and destroy all of MYDX business relations.
