Anybody has trouble watching the newly added free title,"The Fourth Phase," on Ultraflix? The video is frozen but the sound is playing. For *** sake, fix it. Besides it will turn off potential viewers and investors, It's losing opportunity to make money for the company. It's been more than a week after contacting ultraflix support and it's still not addressed.
