So, maybe DF contacted Google and Apple himself and requested they be taken down and here's why. The Longside suit that NTEK apparently can't resolve is not just going to go away. Longside's attorneys are continuing to request a myriad of documents which include all NTEK's correspondence with clients, partners, lenders, Bridgeport and Steve Orefice, etc. I believe DF may have done this to avoid having to comply with some of these requests for discovery. That too would include the reason he has chosen not to release the quarterly fins.
Now if this is true then the question beckons, will this in some way benefit NTEK in the long run or is this a last gasp attempt to somehow negate the Longside's suit? I don't know but instead of berating one another in this forum, on both sides, there's something to consider. I've read both sides of the arguments and find nothing wrong with some of these questions. Many of the people who have been labeled as bashers do indeed raise interesting questions. Look if NTEK would do what they say and be responsive to legitimate questions then none of us would be talking about this. The fact is we are continually being led around like cattle with a ring through our noses. I know that may not sit well with some of you but that's just a fact. Let's just hope that DF will stop avoiding us and for that matter blaming us and he'll start to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth real soon!
By the way, Jeff Foley's Clear Memories is now defunct and his equipment is up for sale. Go to the Clear Memories Facebook page for details.
The other scenario is much less "optimistic" so I'll just keep it to myself for now.
Good luck Longs
