Going along that Pine Gap Theory..... I believe it was leaked that some of technology in the Utopya phone was brought to our founder's from other worldly beings. It was speculated that from the center of the Artic circle where the Kepler satellites cannot see and Google Earth has blocked the coordinates, technology came forth that will put this phone light years ahead of its competition.
Unfortunately I cannot confirm or deny any information.
