To be honest, I never thought the Oracle would do much beyond adding a good opportunity for flippers as they would take this back down again with their BS "concerns".
That stupid fedex thing was beyond belief with the gazillion "concerned' post. Who FedEx's that unless you don't want someone to get it, to cheap to have someone actually serve the papers or you are complete knuckleheads (or all of the above).
Did any of the chuckle head bashers actually look to see who they were. If this is their website, it's a frigging two page website. If they don't pull the lawsuit, it will be interesting the dirty Rory dishes as they can't even afford a real website now. Rory doesn't back down from anyone. Never mess with lawyers.

Rory has hinted there are other deal(s) coming like Oracle & Marketo. All his hints have happened in the last 8 months since I've been keeping track. That doesn't happen with any OTC company.
Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, all of the above, who knows, but by partnering with all of them, nFusz locks up the space as Rory mentioned today. These companies are not going to do deals with two interactive video companies in my opinion.
