Water Zone has been in business since 1985 providing residential and commercial water treatment throughout Florida. The now wholly owned subsidiary, Water Zone, with its large client base creates synergies with Water Technologies’ product lines. The combined Companies now have the ability to provide water treatment and water generation solutions to a large client base. Water Technologies will focus on the commercial applications for the company’s water generation, waste water processing, ozone and hydrogen technologies. The Company will continue to expand the “IP”, Intellectual Property and product portfolio. The base revenues stabilize Water Technologies as it grows in several major growth markets in the US. This solidifies the Company’s ability to license, market, and distribute its product line here and abroad bringing strong revenue growth.
