Not true - it would help but long-term repeat traders were looking out for both the 2017 Annual Report and the 2018 Q1 - both were excellent.
Those that control the majority of the cheapest shares - which have been successfully kept out of the hands of iHub basher / low level flippers - as evidenced by only about 5% of the .0004s that have been bought being on the ask at .0005 - have been networking with others who are interested.
You have already seen one of these new entrants buying the majority of the 29M bought at .0004 today after he tried bid sitting at .0003 for a while and got nothing.
Plenty of people are waiting for a few to make the first move on taking out all the .0005s again in seconds / minutes - as happened not long ago - before jumping in.
