Maybe their just simply waiting to tell everybody the good news as UTOP not as ANDI. I don't think they thought about the 60 day waiting period on a corporate action. I also don't think they wanted to show the first phone as ANDI. I think the only reason they did what they did was because of all the pressure they got from people. Hopefully the 60 day issue just gave them more time for a more professional roll out of the next 2 phones and also more time to introduce themselves and their vision. Hopefully they nail the marketing this time. I'm praying that they just thru something together to shut people up on the first phone.
Maybe a real professional stepped in and said hold up., we are not going to be pressured into releasing everything because the stock price needs to go up everyday. Maybe that person told everybody to get of social media and shut down all connection until we are ready to roll out our vision the right way. For all we know they may have bought the CLEC company which would be a corporate action I imagine and until their 60 days are up they can't get a name change therefore they are not going to let out the good information until they are UTOP.
