I'm going to be blatantly Honest. Know what you own before buying. This daily whining is unbelievable! This was always a long-term play! I'm not sure what you expected. I know what you should have expected. I never expected anything big to happen until the latter part of this quarter at the earliest. Certainly Mikes overzealous statements didn't help matters. But, put that aside, it's my opinion that the release of bigger news is ready but it's release is all tied to the Ticker/Name change with FINRA. Basically, the Ticker/Name change will be the catalyst for the Company to release Contract/Distributor news. Many believe FINRA has a 60-day waiting period from the last corporate action before they will approve the Ticker/Name change. 60-days from the Series-B conversion would put it around June 4/5. Until then, the daily pps means absolutely nothing! Hey, we all would prefer the share price to not go down but it will continue to drop for several reasons:
- There is absolutely no buying pressure to hit the "ask" until the bigger
news is released
- Long-term shareholders are putting orders in on the "bid" not "ask"
- Short-term shareholders are putting orders in on the "bid" not "ask"
- Shorts are driving the price down
- Scared shareholders are selling
- Folks who tried to make this a Short-term play a selling
- It possible MM's are buying/selling between themselves

That's it in a nutshell! Patience will prevail in the end. Just another thing to ponder, I've seen this jump 100 ticks in a day! Having said all that, I'm not suggesting for someone to buy or sell. It's your money, do what you want, makes no difference to me. But, get a grip of yourself!
