My last one for the day. Guys and Gals think about your investment. Is it REAL OR IS IT A SCAM.
Here is the post I have been posting on other board and will post every day for the newbies. It is my reasoning for still being here and if you haven’t read it I encourage you to do so. You don’t have to trust me or anyone else on any board, but you should trust your DD. PPS doesn’t always reflect DD. Remember that. Here it is...
So this is where on must decide whether or not this is your typical stinky pinky. Being listed on the OTC means many have already dubbed this a scam. I would ask those people to look beyond where this is listed and look at what evidence we do have. The company cutting off communications could be for any number of reasons. I believe they are looking to avoid any leaks before the big rollout and the company was likely getting tired of being harassed on a daily basis with people asking the same questions over and over. Also threatening them and having their social media hacked (Mike was definitely a victim of that). They have been giving us litttle clues here and there but I’m betting they want to wait until the ticker is UTOP before releasing more information. Many here suspect that will happen soon.
Let’s look at the reasons this is likely not a fairytale and it all revolves around the big 4. Darryl, Owen, Ilya and Cycloides. While some say they are just advisors and involvement may be limited at best, the DD shows that is not really the case...
1. Darryl- This one is simple. The guy literally took a picture with himself holding the phone, then took another picture with the phone next to newspaper to show people it was real. The PR stated and Darryl has made known as well, that he is not only an advisor but also an investor. The amount of money invested and what it was given for are unknown, but I’m eager to find out sometime. He is clearly involved and has put his reputation on the line with this investment. His involvement alone makes me feel confident this is not a scam, but there’s more.

2. Ilya- When the PR of his involvement was released the PPS was in free fall, so I feel it may have been overlooked. I looked up his background, and I suggest all who haven’t do as well. The guy is a HUGE name in the telecom world. His name attached to this thing should have sent this thing shooting up, but people had their doubts about how involved he was. Lucky for us an investor had a LinkedIn convo with him that indicates that he has not only used the phones but that they are “very competitive.” This help solidifies that while he is an Advisor he also has been working with the team and that to me is Fantastic! I personally think him putting his name on this may be the biggest of all the four but that’s just my opinion. The man has no reason to lie about his involvement and clearly he is working with UTOP, and he too put his reputation on the line. Now I’m sure that it’s not a scam BUT there is more yet.

3. Cycloides- A reputable IT company that has labeled UTOPYA as their flagship account. They have made it known on more then one occasion that they are working with them. Pictures of members from both companies together at the CES show are posted on social media as well. They have potentially the most to lose if this is a scam (minus those who would be considered for jail time) as they try to build their reputation and expand across the globe. Speaking of expanding they have recently posted new jobs in India (where they have quite the office and is UTOPYAs #1 market), Australia and Canada. My guess is some of/most of those jobs are likely to be working on their FLAGSHIP account. Their founder I believe (someone high up in the company I know) is also of Indian descent and knows the market there very well! But wait for it....There’s more.

4. Loudon- The quietest of the group and the hardest it seems to link to UTOP. When you look deeper though you will find that in the articles of incorporation for UTOP they have listed the exact same address as McLean/Watson. Now tell me why would a guy with “very limited” involvement would allow this company to use his business address as their own.
All of these guys involvement together tells me this thing is far from a scam. So if it’s not a scam that means they have phones and plan on selling them. Whether they meet their expectations of 100 million revenue by years end is anyone’s guess. No one knows how well they will sell, but all my DD tells me they are gonna try to carve out a niche. They sell any phones and I guarantee that warrants a PPS much higher then where we currently sit.
It’s up to each individual to weigh the risk/reward and invest based upon that. I have done that and feel confident in my investment. Once again factor out the fact that this is on the OTC and use the DD provided to come to the your own conclusions.
It may not pay off Monday, a week from now or even a month from now. But I’m willing to bet by Christmas time this board will be a VERY different place. Santa may not be real, but the potential gifts that UTOP has to deliver to investors is VERY REAL. GLTA.
