$PSGR How's all that Fund Raising going for Pershing Resources? Shares have not been actively trading by the tens or hundreds of thousands. Current Investors are left with the image of Corporate Executive Employees reaching into their own pockets and pulling out rolls of cash to buy equipment and pay the salaries of all the (ahem) soon-to-be hourly employees. No problem!!! The New Enterprise Mine/Claim will provide a HUGE Return-on-Investment to the Executive Corporate Managers....after all, it is THEIR money that will turn this company into a Mega-Cash Producing Machine. Right????
Corporate Pershing Resources seems to be a bit behind on the Fund Raising. Well, no one, outside of a few Corporate Insiders, knows for sure what is going on with finances at Pershing Resources. Maybe in another year or two investors will be privy to information that provides documentation about how, where, & why money was spent. As for now, money could be going out to pay for Dinner and Adult Libations for 'Corporate Meetings' in Los Cabos. Of course, the small number of shares that have been sold over the past month would only pay for 'Well Drinks', lower graded Steaks, and standard rooms...NO suites!
The (cough-cough) ALMOST FIVE SQUARE MILES of claims will require a ton of money to move the dirt and set up the equipment. Maybe the Executive Management is remaining silent to keep from scaring off potential investors! Y'know, every time word of something possibly/potentially occurring at a claim/mine site is released, investors do NOT hear anything until a new 'claim' is located that will be more productive or accessible. Yeah, maybe that is what is happening now! In another month or two...or three...or....investors will read another Press Release that indicates Pershing Resources has acquired another Claim that is better than, bigger than, potentially more productive than, and has more precious metals than...uh....what is the name of the former claims/mines......San Marcus....no, that's not it....New Enema Mine.....no....Hmmmm, Maybe the NEW claim/mine will be named Fantasyland Mine or Bendover Mine.
Sure would be nice to hear something about REAL activities.
