The terms "stupid , trivial , ridiculous , frivolous" all do apply here VIA common sense. So why the lawsuit ? Timing was CUTE TOO.
To just get more shares than what was OBVIOUSLY agreed on ? Good luck with that.
MAYBE , just MAYBE EMA (IMO) was/is directly or indirectly connected to shorting as the PPS just prior to the conferences was hitting new 52 week highs. Would think the lawyers for EMA knew this lawsuit would go NOWHERE
So the only benefit to them IMO would be to SHORT the STOCK and cause it to go DOWN with news of this ridiculous lawsuit. Aided by posters on public forums posting NEGATIVELY. JMHO
