“SPYRUS is committed to and continues to invest in its extensive Microsoft certified Windows To Go product line to include Windows 10 Builds 1709 and beyond. SPYRUS has enabled enterprise customers from small enterprises through large scale multinational global corporations that deployed tens of thousands of our Windows To Go devices.  Our unique combination of high capacities, FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certification, unmatched security features and MIL-810 tested ruggedization provides an extremely rich feature set,” said Tom Dickens, SPYRUS COO. “This cost-effective trial pack offering will enable customers to experience the unique security capabilities of the world’s leading Windows To Go devices and SEMSaaS device management system.”

The SPYRUS Windows To Go product line includes the hardware encrypted WorkSafe Pro, Secure Portable Workplace, and its BitLocker encrypted Portable Workplace and WorkSafe devices.  SPYRUS Windows To Go hardware encrypting products are certified by NIST with FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certificates 1302, 2390, and 2685 and share the family’s same MIL-810 tested packaging.   SPYRUS supports the widest range of Microsoft [NASDAQ:MSFT] certified Windows To Go product offerings with feature configurations to meet customer’s security requirements; with memory capacities from 32 GB to 1 TB.

The SPYRUS SEMSaaS device management system allows the enterprise administrator to centrally register, block/unblock, revoke, set policies, audit, and “kill” the SPYRUS Windows To Go drives if lost, stolen or an employee goes rogue.  Unique polices are the Computer Allowed List policy which only allows the user to boot from administrator authorized computers and the contractor policy which allows the administrator to set an end date for using the device, both helping to prevent unauthorized data access and leakage.

An additional feature not available from competing vendors, the WorkSafe Pro and WorkSafe live drives have their internal Rosetta Micro PKI HSM exposed to the Windows 10 Operating System, providing smart card security management functions such as hardware two-factor authentication, certificate import and secure email/access.  The FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified Rosetta Micro HSM with its “approved for classified” grade random number generator provides a hardware root of trust to enable high assurance BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) and BYOE (Bring Your Own Encryption) key management practices that strengthen the security of sensitive and regulated data on networks and in public clouds.
