The way I see it, ANDI went to “pink limited” 7 days prior and had to wait until “pink current” before the clock could be reset on FINRA process.
I also believe Starkweather got his ass chewed. The quarterly report was filed on 3/22/2018. OTC took action because of filings errors-changes and ANDI went pink limited 6 days later on 3/28/2018 thus restricting the name change while also racking on the 60 day period.
On 3/05/2018 Andiamo also officially changed their corporate name to Utopya Worldwide Holdings which I believe to be their reference of giving shareholders enough time before ticker change. Unfortunately it’s been delayed
