DNYS is rumored to be auditing 2 years of financial statements and completing a Form S-1 application to register shares with the SEC as a reporting company within the next few months. Rumor has it they are taregting the OTCBB threshold for DNYS to trade after the S-1 is approved by the SEC. The company has merged in a private company with a trading float of less than 2.3m shares and with mostly long shareholders owning the majority of the float. CEO Chris Clarke has been reducing the OS and AS and is setting up DNYS to be a very solid investment for the micro cap investment community.
