TerraForm Power Reports Receipt of Nasdaq Letter

BETHESDA, Md., May 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TerraForm Power, Inc. (Nasdaq: TERP ) (the “Company”) today announced that, on May 16, 2018, it received a notification letter from Nasdaq indicating that the Company no longer complied with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) as a result of the Company’s failure to timely file its Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2018 (the “First Quarter Form 10-Q”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The Company filed its First Quarter Form 10-Q with the SEC on May 21, 2018, and as a result, Nasdaq has informed the Company that Nasdaq has determined that the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) and that the matter is now closed.
