Right.. but lets not forget, this isnt the SEC being the bad old wolf picking on little old innocent BLTA.
BLTA got itself in this mess. If they wanted to actually rectify the situation, they wouldnt be in this situation in the first place. regardless of what people force themselves to believe, it does not take two decades to make a company.
the only 'rectification' BLTA is going to have (if any) is getting back Pink Current status on the OTC so that a new generation of investors can fall prey to an airline thats missing one thing... an airline.
