OWCP has put together a tremendous team of people to develop the company, but the question might be, to what end. Looking at the history of most of our staff, I would have to conclude that the end will be a buyout. I'm not saying it must be this way, but many on the staff have participated in that occurring at other companies, and the fact that stock, rather than salaries, has been the key to drawing in these very knowledgeable people. Over the years I would expect them all to gain millions of shares of stock and in a buyout they'll become multi-millionaires from the buyout making their efforts very worthwhile.

As shareholders, stock price is certainly of concern to them, but not the price today, the concern is the price at the time of a buyout, and they're building for that long term, not today. I do not believe that they would settle for anything that wasn't well into the billions to sell the company, so I'm guessing they're looking to do it sometime in the next decade, at least a few years from now. Is their anyone who wouldn't be happy with say a $3 to $7 billion buyout price that should net shareholders $15 to $45 a share in a few years, which allows for moderate dilution.

Of course their is no guarantee that's the end point. Product sales might become so great that they don't want to be bought out at any price, or likewise an offer might come in much sooner than they're planning for, and it might be too good to ignore. Would anyone balk at a billion dollar buyout next year that gave you roughly a $7 share price. I'm not saying it will happen, but if Phase 2 results look strong, and patents are awarded, it's not out of the question later this year or next.

Gary
