By "wrapped up in the fall" I took it that Mark ment a settlement being reached and paid. IMHO 6/14-6/18 is still signifigant. If the 3 judges render their decision then, that invalidates SA's claims against SFOR IP. For me, that would be a watershed legal event. I've already put a bottle of champagne in the fridge in preparation to party in the 6/14-6/18 timeframe. Call me an optimist or suffering from irrational exuberance!
