SOUDERTON, Pa., May 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (NASDAQ: UVSP ), parent company of Univest Bank and Trust Co. and its insurance, investments and equipment financing subsidiaries, today declared a $.20 per share quarterly cash dividend for the second quarter of 2018. The dividend will be paid on July 2, 2018 to shareholders of record as of June 6, 2018.
