"it is what it is" report! Perhaps he didn't want to sacrifice the value of positive news/events currently in process, as people picked apart the 1Q report. Maybe he saw greater value in holding back, letting the smoke clear, and then sharing with us a general type (without restriction) of overview of our progress here in Q2, and moving forward. As a stand-alone PR it would carry greater value, not diminished by the Q1 report!
This is of course is just speculation on my part, but maybe something for everyone to consider! Either way, I still believe there are too many positive catalysts in play for SFOR to fail, even if it continues to take longer than any of us would like to see! Keep in mind that June is just around the corner, and with it we should (IMO) anticipate good news relative to our SA appeal. Following our anticipated victory in the SA case, the dominoes will then fall, and the remaining lawsuits will follow SA to the settlement table, with mucho monies headed SFOR's way!
As difficult as it may be, we all need to take a deep breath, and realize that today's Q1 report is not the end of the road, but merely a crossroads for SFOR! We have/will now turn on to the road to fulfillment of SFOR's potential, with substantial rewards for those that stay the course - KNOWING WHAT WE HOLD!!!
SFOR STRONG!!! GO SFOR!!!
