I just combed through his posts. What exactly did he lie about? Be specific and don't take liberties with his words. If you can do that you can send it over to Sullivan.
Not liking his tone (I don't, he grates on me a bit) or this critical eye and thoughts is not a crime on his part. If he is libeling the company though, send it on to the legal eagles at IPIX.
Looks like just more mob mentality over here to me though. Negative posters help me consider all the angles. Of course the DUDs, DUNNces, and rabbits can safely be ignored. When NR, frrol, F1ash, and the like have critical words I like to hear them and evaluate them on their merit. This isn't a sporting event, it's an investment.
As for that cash raise: it's both a red flag and a green flag.
Green: A good chunk of cash was raised in a hurry for some reason. Could be a deal, a trial, or some other positive development.
Red: $2M in exchange for 8M shares is painful. Trying to go it alone would result in significant dilution. At those prices, assuming they could hold, we'd have to sell 120M shares to raise $30M for phase 3 B-ABSSSI. Probably not a great option.
Combine the Green and the Red and it appears a deal is very likely, very soon.
