Response: A must Read!!!
Totally False! There is IRREFUTABLE PROOF THAT SHORTING EXIST AND THERE IS IRREFUTABLE PROOF THERE WAS SHORTING OF ANDI STOCK!!!!!!
FINRA's Short Report/Information can be found on these sites:
http://regsho.finra.org/FORFshvol20180515.txt
http://regsho.finra.org/regsho-Index.html
(once on site, select control-F, type in ANDI, select enter, short information for day is displayed)
Example: Short Data for 5/15/18; 13,708,100 of the 24,536,708 total volume for the day was due to SHORTING! Simply, unbelievable!
Note: *27 out of 30 days, the Naked Shorts exceeded over 25% of the total volume for the 30 day period (often times it exceeded 50%)
If shorting is not real, then why is the SEC so concerned about Naked Shorting if it "supposedly doesn't exist"?

Stop Naked Shorting and Manipulation!
There is an epidemic of illegal criminal naked shorting of stock on the USA exchanges today! By & large, these convictions did not come from regulators policing these markets. The abusive shorts have been exposed largely by law firms doing massive amounts of research in conjunction with the company's. Visit the following website to learn more.

Market Makers (MM's): Rumor is, there are no Margin Requirements nor Fee's for Market Makers to Naked Short stocks. If that's the case, this makes it very cost effective for Market Makers to Short. Obviously, MM's would never want shareholders to know they are Shorting stocks. Is it possible that MM's are paying folks to bash a stock? One could wonder.
The "Short Process"
step 1 - Buy ANDI Stock
step 2 - Ride the pump & sell
step 3 - Short (Sell) ANDI Stock & then CLAIM IT IS DILUTION/SCAM
step 4 - Cover (Buy) Short position
Repeat if market allows!
Additional "Short Process" Summary:
1. 99.99% of TA's are gagged in the OTC, so Shorts start by trying to convince Shareholders the TA is gagged because the company is planning on diluting shares
2. Shorts find a "low buying pressure day" (level-2 comes in handy) and start selling shares on the bid with the intent on dropping the share price.
3. Shorts then try and create additional panic by telling shareholders the share price is dropping because the company is diluting and/or it's a scam and they better sell quick. They push the TA being gagged and anything else they can in order to create as much panic as possible. If Shorts are successful, the share price begins to drop even more. They continue with the negative campaign until the share price is down to where they need it to be. Shorts cover/buy their position back
Question: Why do Shorts tell Shareholders that Shorting is dilution, rather than calling it what it is, Shorting?
Answer: If Shorts call Shorting what it really is, Shorting, they could not cause enough panic to drop the share price to where they need it. Basically, Shorts lie to the shareholders. Shorts tell shareholders "don't trust the company", the company is using a gagged TA to hide their dilution, trust us. In the end, it's the Shorts that got you money
Once again, a myth is dispelled and we see how awesome this team is. ANDI/UTOP is solid and there has been absolutely no proof of any impropriety at all. Big things coming to the shareholders of ANDI/UTOP! GLTA!
