The second to the last the final piece of the building block has been laid in building the telecom company SGSI.
Reverse merger.
Remove old debt
Name change
Move to Nevada
Acquisition of ADEX Corp
Change of corporate calendar year
Cleaning up of share structure
Deployment of industry disruptive drone (UAV) technology
Organic growth
Selling off energy division and its debt
(all that accomplished in a year, amazing)
Next step is the addition of 2 more telecom acquisitions.
Leading to the final phase of SGSI development, meeting all requirements to up list to NASDAQ.
Second half of 2018 should be interesting.
