in response to bashers elsewhere:
they bought a very highly specialized super heavy duty trommel to separate the fines from the more fert like components -we all saw the pics of the trommel esp on its arrival may 2012 to process 200k tons of that fine byproduct
and they were going to ship some of the fert byproduct to Oregon (organic gardening is a huge and rapidly growing enterprise on the west coast)ca August 2012 but mr murphy raised his ugly head again-
1) Mexico unexpectedly required an export license to the USA bc the chief component of the fert was iron(as in iron fert sold in stores)
2)but at that time no permits were being issued bc the Mexican Presidential election of July 1 was being appealed to the Mex Supreme court
3)and when after months that appeal was over Mex was left with a lame duck President and still nothing was being done re permits (if you knew how Mexico operates one would understand why-even Walmart of Mexico publicly got caught in that ''bribery'' to do business Mexico way of doing business)
4) their planned dec 2011 shipment was blocked by the port or somebody just 24 hours before signing for the ship-Mexico kept changing the rules without warning due to illegal mining on the mainland and mexico didnt know its geography enough to limit those constantly changing rules to the illegal mining areas
5)due to mexicos changing rules-the right hand of govt not knowing what the left hand of govt was doing ore at port of 45k tons was held hostage by the port
6)so their shipment of regular product and other products were all being blocked due to these changing circumstances beyond their control
7)so with their income continually being blocked and heavy expenses -e.g trommel cost 800k?-they had to shut operations october 2012
8)Bob eventually won the court case case against the port-shortly after he was forced to sell CWRN due to these circumstances-we saw pics of cheryl next to the 80k? ton Ilia which thus shipped that ore at port plus 23k tons of "other product" for over ca 69068 tons-
due to the limited draft at Ensenada port they often couldnt ship more bc the ships draft -such as i believe if i remember right ilias 11.7m draft loaded w 69k tons would exceed safe port operating limits
the number of difficult circumstances they had to deal with beyond their control defied the laws of probability-no way to explain than an active very real mr murphy-and under the circumstances they did very good to get 4-5 ships out
the never before seen practices against cwrn and thousands of other pennies included illegal unconstitutional stock restrictions without notice -an effective eminent domain taking against innocent 3rd party purchasers(longs) which never happens in the law
during my life i've seen that all good people are targeted by these attacks which exceed the laws of probability and i've been called upon by leaders to deal w such attacks in their personal lives
a judgment has begun which will eventually reverse some illegal happenings of the past years
things are still blocked but the n 1/2 and maybe the s 1/2 of the concession remains (they would rather mine the s 1/2 bc the material above the veins rose as they climbed uphill-see bingo's postings)
iron has not been exported by any other baja port to my knowledge, which makes it difficult for bob to pioneer another port for iron, esp where there are no ports
still following suits -it would be nice if bob was paid the balance he was owed (last i knew was multiple millions) for CWRN and received his equipment back so he could begin clearing up things -trommel was reportedly sold by brad to pay the workers work under brad
if brad was required to return the Ilia earnings of close to 7 million to cwrn stock holders
Bob has tried to do things that would benefit longs but so far he's been filibustered in those attempts also
i dont give up easily - i spent 20 years trying to reform the corrupt usa legal system, opening many lawyers eyes, but nobody would join me - thats how democracies become dictatorships
i've seen illegal things reversed before and i expect a spike of such events when judgment prophesied on the legal system
comes for rejecting their time of visitation- bringing with it justice and the elimination of the all inclusive blockade we longs have seen
