Mrmac DIRV filed a NT-10Q for going past May 15 due date
which is common with otc stocks. It gives them 5 more
days to May 20th or the 1st business day after
if the 20th is a wknd date which in this case it is, so we
should see it on MONDAY unless some other glitch
causes an unforeseen delay but since they are also
trying get OTCQB qualified I don't see them missing
this file time so MONDAY is a big day for DIRV !
