Hey Blade$, nothing against that at all. I think we are all ready for the storm and PR train to begin. Berman has been quiet since the May 1st shareholder update. Only 5 tweets. 1 about the upstate New York deal, 3 regarding the 23 dealership New Jersey deal, and one pic share.
Perhaps we hear something next week: hopefully something significant. According to the last shareholder update this should be the week Berman meets with the two Canadian MJ prospects. I know some here think MJ should be put on hold a bit longer and concentration remain on the current apps, but I think the change/addition would be healthy. Not suggesting others are wrong; just my opinion.
Meanwhile the 3 Auto Groups with over 500 dealerships once fully implemented should value a conservative estimated 20 million in revenue. 500 dealerships x 20 units each x $200 per unit x 12 months = $24,000,000. The 10 upstate New York dealerships approximately $480,000. If the New Jersey 23 dealership goes through, then that’s another approximate $1.1 million.
I appreciate the hard work by Berman and team and the revenue they’re securing, but in my opinion, we need something substantial and definitive to happen to get us out of this current funk.
