In order to unlock the basic value of this company's Patents, XXII is in the process of dealing with the FDA to get approval of their no-nicotine product which could be incredibly lucrative for a small-float company.
Unfortunately, their lead expert and FDA liaison just died. Now they have to find and hire someone who is competent not only in FDA filings, who can jump in in the middle of an ongoing process, and also someone who has some expertise specifically in Tobacco products.
