Spencer tweeted back in January that they declined, but countered, the initial offer due to being unfair to shareholders. Probably because not a premium to market because the pps is depressed due to naked shorting. So same $10M, for example, for 25% of GOSY would mean a market cap of about $40M or 4-5 cents per share.
