Earth Science Tech, Inc. (OTC: ETST) has announced completion of its audit for FY2015 and FY2016 and submitted its Form 10 to become fully reporting (http://nnw.fm/Pg1Ub). ETST is now commencing its audit for FY2017. That audit and the approved Form 10 submission are required for an uplisting to the OTCQB Venture Market.
In a news release, Dr. Aube said, “We are in touch with institutional and private investors that were waiting for ETST to become a fully reporting company before investing the necessary amount to commercialize our projects.
