September? That is what pisses me off to be honest. I have personally started 3 companies from the ground up. I busted my ass and put in the work for nothing more than sweat equity. Never got paid until they were in full swing and making sales. Brad, Mick, Lauri, et. al. should be doing the same. And it looks like they are close. They need to stop spending stupid money on things such as offices and meeting spaces for dumb ass meetings, and get this shit done. Stop waiting for the Reg A. In my opinion it looks better if they get it done without Reg A money.
