CALGARY, Alberta, May 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bayshore Petroleum Corp. (“Bayshore” or the “Company”) (TSX Venture:BSH) announces that it has filed, under its issuer company profile on www.sedar.com its December 31, 2017, annual audited financial statements, its Management’s Discussion and Analysis, Certification of Annual Filings and its annual disclosure forms (F1-F3) under National Instrument 51-101, Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities, section 2.1. Please refer to these documents for full details on Company operations and results in fiscal 2017.
Bayshore securities are currently ceased trading due to the late annual filing. The delay in the filing was due to accounting technical issue which has since been rectified. Formal application to ASC and Exchange to resume trading is in progress.
