Yeah the liabilities reduction is what originally impressed me. Obviously sales would be down due to getting rid of the old inventory in preparation for the next product run. As long as the company has low debt it's about hitting a home run with a specific product that will stick to consumers.
It looks like a lot of that was paid down due to stock dilution though, so as along as the Mexico deal can happen and we start generating sales this company can skyrocket to being profitable and set themselves up for some major distribution details in stores. That 10-K definitely gave me a good feeling we are on the right path.
Also, if the lawsuit goes in our favor, the amount of stock will be reduced + Mexico deal + sales. We could be looking at a crazy price increase to over 30 cents like last time.
