So why has the summary judgment for damages against BTGI been cancelled (for the moment?). For both sides to have a last minute chance at an out of court settlement now that the handwriting is on the wall, perhaps? What else could it be.
So, who has the stronger hand at the moment. The plaintiff, of course. But I doubt they will get the $$$ they are asking for. Will they chance it, or take a generous offer from BTGI?
And will the financials be held up until the verdict can be announced. Its seems to be looking that way. Why else is Gurba hiding from us?
