No news that it's coming, other than Rich saying he's working on it.
I would say there's far more talk on a buy out lately. I think that was sparked by what Rory had said in the latest SHAC.
He also mentioned once before that if there were an offer he'd consult shareholders and discuss it.
Would that come in form of a PR & SHAC ?
