it is irrelevant as to how many FTDs *get reported* or even what the *legal* indicates ..
just ask the folks of another OTC company whose stock triggered reg sho back in early April and *remain* there as of yesterday (a company and stock btw that came to my attn courtesy of another Innovation Pharma investor)
NR has about a 5 day window to camouflage *imo* .. which is one of the reasons why it's always worth noting *volume* pattern changes .. with significant volume increases in alignment with daily %s marked *higher and higher* .. are *imo* a signal of NRs' *stress* (in other words an inability to camouflage) .. if this pattern goes long enough .. reg sho is usually triggered ..
that is why while interesting to see yesterday's *volume* .. it was more interesting imo to see what % had to be marked .. and which MMs' were utilized
remember as i've noted previously .. NR has a few options (and who knows what kicked off Tuesday's frenzy in that last hour) .. they can relentlessly compress IPIX downward on decreasing volume to part shares .. demoralize investors and potentially impact mgmt .. they can try and do what i refer to as a controlled take up (which anyone actually watching the last hour on Tuesday was anything but controlled) and the timing on those can be dicey for NR these days re: Innovation Pharma .. or with the writing on the wall .. NR can do what i refer to as a partially laddered cover .. of rolling their resets .. so the take down is less than the take up
net result could be pennies up per week .. but pattern becomes crystal clear ..
this pattern is the one imo NR would be wise to implement on IPIX .. time will tell and we shall see

one thing to remember *imo* .. when NR by their own *abusive* efforts have dug a hole so damn deep .. it's almost insurmountable to extricate from .. *liquidity* has to be injected .. ironically it's usually *abusive* efforts that MMs' inject .. which is one reason why i suspect reg sho is on the verge of being triggered .. it's also done to bring back in *traders* .. which is why it will be interesting to me to see if NR closes IPIX tomorrow above 4513c ..
while one day or one week .. a pattern doesn't make .. in NRs' shoes .. i'd be doing a partially laddered cover .. and i'd be doing it beyond subtly .. there is no doubt in my mind that *liquidity* is badly needed by NR re: IPIX
