Its Barbarians at the Gate. You would do well by reading it yourself. You learn a lot by reading how the company CEO comes under siege from shareholders, some of them planted, most of them lemmings calling for the head of the CEO, as well as the puppeteer outsiders influencing through self-serving agendas.
Yep, lets drop everything and focus only on the stock. Great idea. When you come in and take over, as you are advocating, I would expect that to be the first task.
