Herceptin treatment length can be reduced by half

They've been making breast cancer patients take Herceptin for a year, at a cost of $77,000. Now they find that taking it for 6 months is just as effective.
Also, a bad side effect of Herceptin is HEART DAMAGE. Taking it for a much shorter period of time should reduce the number of people who have that side effect.

$77,000/year for a 20-year-old drug. And Big Pharma doesn't seem to care that people hate them for these gouging practices.
