(TSX: BRIO ) (“ BRIO GOLD ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce the receipt of the clearance decision from the Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica (“COFECE”) with respect to Leagold Mining Corporation’s acquisition of Brio Gold. COFECE approval was the final government agency approval required before completing the acquisition, which is anticipated to occur on or around May 24, 2018.
