I think what he's saying is things have changed. Just cause the sp is loooooooow doesn't make it more attractive. It could be based on the fact ,why , we are down here. I'll never bag anybody for their strategy, and nobody else should. Oh and Bull, your portfolio looks a little light on TECO.
