Here was my post on the other board and really sums this up. I used THCM analogy and surely is fitting.
Not if we make poor decisions purchasing labs. Yuba was $1 Mil that did not pan out. Oregon sales have disappointed huge. We had a hemp lab that was pr'd to do hemp which is obviously not listed anymore. How many wasted resources money and time were lost their? As THCM handle we need to move forward like a chess machine where moves are well thought out with counter moves as things do happen. IMO, WW has been reactive instead of proactive as even hiring the recent new hires was a reaction to deteriorating internals. and controls in some cases have still not been rectified. We have/had an opportunity of a life-time and can not continue on a trial and error plan. That is why banks want planning,expectations, spread sheets etc. written before giving a loan and not a pipe dream. We wanted the horses before the cart and IMO that is unfortunate as people who fail to plan are destined for failure.
PS I sure hope they have the cart in place and know how they are going to feed the horses and not starve on the journey...just sayin
