Under the new OTC rules, any selling of existing convertible debt has to be limited to 20% of the average volume over the last 20 trading days.
No new convertible debt can be issued to stocks under .01.
INCC has to uplist to get the $5M line of credit.
Most people trying to load will have to buy .0002s to get any significant amount.
My experience of the last 2 r/s I was in was that they worked out just fine if you held a comparatively large amount of shares with the majority at the lowest 2 price points:
HIPH twice
CRTC > CRTCD > DGWR
BETSD > BETS
Once we get rid of the handful of low level 1-tick flip people who got 100M > 200M each at .0001 who have them stacked selfishly at .0002, INCC will start to move up. We have seen how quickly 250M has disappeared in minutes. The people currently causing the problem are those who used to bid sit all over the market which isn't going to work any more under the new rules. At some point they will have to cancel some / all of the ask and buy to get the stock moving - as they have done before in both 2017 and 2016.
Should it be necessary to do a r/s at some point in the future, anyone who has 200M > 400M shares - with the bulk at .0002 - or better still split .0001 and .0002 - should do just fine if they manage their position correctly.
For instance instead of former .0002s getting a 50% profit at .0003 or nothing, there would be many other acceptable profit points.
For the former .0001s, instead of getting a 100% profit or nothing, there are even more other acceptable profit points. hence why it is important to keep the .0001s and not flip them. Those that follow my pyramid buying system - buying at multiple levels - fewer at the higher prices - lots at the cheaper prices - keep the cheapest to sell last and flip the more expensive ones first when in profit to an acceptable degree.
