I am attempting to rationalize how the company states a service valued at $6,000 is worth 100,000 shares of Series E stock.
At the time of services rendered, $6,000 worth of services would merit 120,000 shares of common stock, far from 100,000 shares of Series E stock.
Perhaps I am just stupid.
