Cannabis, hemp, CBDs are a major problem for the Big Pharmas. With the emenit approval by the Feds the Pharmas stand to loose $$$$Billions. They will do everything they can to prevent that, if they can't they will slow it down so they can take actions to bolster their income or at least offset their potential losses.
That will include increase lobbying, doing favors for politicians, buying or merging with promising companies in the cannabis business and anything they can think of. This causes delays. On the other hand the States want this as fast as they can get cannabis, hemp, and CBDs approved because the tax revenue is a solution to much of their loss revenue problems. Patience is the key to our success.
