Long players have been waiting a few years and patiently watching the court battle for this stock MDCN. Things finally picking up now that it seems Ken has won... I hope this runs fast and hard before and R/S...even though Ken Williams has in the past said no R/S.
Medican Enterprises Inc. (MDCN:OTC) Enters Into a CBD Joint Venture CBDVITAPETZ, Vitacig Latino
Medican Enterprises Inc. (MDCN:OTC) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a joint venture with CBDVITAPETZ Inc., Vitacig Latino, Inc. and Zorhek Aqua Farms LLC in order to collaborate in the manufacturing and distribution of CBD consumable products for both humans and animals.
Furthermore, Medican has acquired a 30% and 5% equity stake in CBDVITAPETZ Inc. and Vitacig Latino, Inc. respectively. Medican will also be relocating its office to CBDVITAPETZ’s premises by the end of the month. These two companies are full service producers and distributors of CBD products ranging from oils, vape pens, teas for human and/or animal consumption. Zorhek Aqua Farms, a holding of Eagle Oil Holding Company Inc. (EGOH:OTC), will provide specialty fertilizer made from tilapia.
Ken Williams, CEO of Medican Enterprises Inc., states,”with the large distribution network that we now have through both this joint venture and acquisitions, we will be able to become a market leader in CBD’s especially for pets.”
