Those are all lies. Call the ICO Board they will verify there is no ICO. They will also verify that Bill was REMOVED from the board for unethical business practices.
So either believe Bill who has done nothing but lie to investors since taking over in 2010, or call the ICO board and get the information first hand. Your choice brcause its not going to change anything anyway. TPAC is finished unless Bill does a R/S and sells this shell.
Oh and just an FYI: There is no confidentiality with a public offering. Just more of Bill's lies. Call them

I am a good friend with one of the principals at ICO and I would know if anyone called ICO asking about me. Nobody called. Furthermore, the ICO phone number doesn’t put you in touch with the principals. They are in foreign countries. Finally, they would not provide you or anyone with information regarding our ICO for two reasons. Firstly you didn’t ask for it and secondly and more importantly, it would be a breach of confidentiality to do so.
