Regarding the confusion surrounding the 5m. If you're one of the employees and you've been being paid in shares while working at Nfusz. You've accumulated shares at various times and SP levels, but you haven't sold any or many if at all. Those shares still have to be recorded on the 10q at whatever the SP is correct? But since as Rory has said, PM'd to me also, and posted on the forum numerous times, insiders aren't selling at anywhere near these levels, they haven't even registered the shares, Rory even converted two years to shares at 1.43. The SHAC clearly explains this.
Let me add. Our CEO is quite successful, made millionaires when sold the last company, why even the secretary bought a new house with the shares she'd been paid with and accumulated. As Ben would say in 'Cash Cab'....are you in?
