Joseph Saracino is President and CEO of Cino Ltd. Companies. Cino has three distinct divisions: Risk Management , Security Solutions and Educational Services for more than 27 years.
Joseph served in the United States Navy as a Naval Intelligence Officer and continues to be active as a Military/Education Liaison, VA Certifying Official as well as a Global Yellow Ribbon presenter to Active Duty troops and Reserve personnel. He also serves as a consultant to Homeland Security and Joint Military Task Force Commands.
As a member of numerous civic and industry associations, he works with the New York City Mayors office of Veteran Affairs, is an active participant in the SCPD SHIELD Program which is Countering terrorism and crime through INFORMATION SHARING In Partnership with the NYPD and law enforcement agencies across the nation. He supports New York Navy Fleet Week and is the founder of Project Shining Stars, an organization providing services to all Veterans and transitioning military members and their families.
