Inbank AS issued new bonds in amount of 10 million euros
Inbank issued 40 new unsecured bonds in total amount of 10 million euros. The investment has been made by Swedbank’s pension funds via a private placement.
The bonds have an interest rate of 1.35 percent and maturity of 10 months.
The funds will be used to finance the purchase of 100% of the shares and to refinance the obligations of UAB Mokilizingas.
The issue of new bonds does not affect the terms of previously issued bonds.
