Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, we hereby announce that IC Group A/S has received information from Hanssen Holding A/S that it has reduced its shareholdings in IC Group A/S on 16 May 2018 by 1,820,230 shares of DKK 10 each.
As a result of this reduction, Hanssen Holding A/S has no shareholding in IC Group A/S.
